Kaoru Nishimura, a clarinetist who grew up in Nerima Ward and returned from France, invites guest artists to hold an improvisational live and session in Ekota, Rendezvous Ekota.

Our guest this time is Miyama McQueen, an Australian koto player who seeks to expand the boundaries of the koto's possibilities through improvisation, original compositions, and contemporary music, while remaining grounded in tradition.

After playing as a duo at the beginning, we will have a session with the audience as a trio or quartet.

Regardless of whether or not you have experience in improvisational performance, whether you are a professional or an amateur, you can use any instrument, singing, voice, dancing, etc.

There are keyboards, drums, microphones and amplifiers in the venue. Please contact us for details.

If you would like to participate in a session, please make a reservation in advance for the convenience of preparing the capacity and equipment.
